Order Processing

All orders require 3 to 4 business days for preparation before being shipped.

During this time, we verify your purchase, package the products, and get them ready for the courier.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, the order takes approximately 10 to 15 business days to arrive.

In exceptional cases, shipping may extend up to a maximum of 20 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Address

The order will only be sent to the address registered at the time of purchase.

If the first delivery attempt fails, a reshipment may be processed, provided the initial delivery failure is confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds only apply once the product has been received by the customer.

Returns or refunds cannot be processed while the order is in transit or in the delivery process.
